The 1991 Grand Prix de Tennis de Lyon was a tennis tournament played on indoor carpet courts at the Palais des Sports de Gerland in Lyon in France and was part of the World Series of the 1991 ATP Tour. The tournament ran from October 14 through October 21, 1991.
